The notion that SNEY is somehow retiring shares doesn't make any sense. According to the most recent 10-Q, SNEY was down to less than $600 in working capital on March 31st. Obviously the company was in desperate need of more cash. So it's highly likely they have issued new shares. Now you said you talked with the transfer agent and "got an exact share count of just over 1.6 billion". That doesn't sound very exact. What is the exact number Clear Trust gave you? Because as I said, OTC is reporting 1,746,953,540 shares outstanding as of July 12, 2012. What is the exact number from ClearTrust? There seems to be a discrepancy between what the TA is telling you and what OTC is reporting.
