Indeed...and knowing the character of the players involved here should probably make it that much more troubling...sitting on some cyber board cheering and posting opinions about what could be is useless. When you are dealing with bad actors who have been in legal situations in the past for their conduct, and then betting on them to change their behavior is challenging.

I am not confident in any of this yet. You can easily dig deep and get all kinds of great info on them. Not all real good either...I suggest you look back into the 2010 threads and you will find some great stuff! Let's hope these people clean up their acts for the sake of all of the shareholders...tall order?
