Send you friend. (Wang) an e-mail and request he send a business update through Brad. Why through Brad? To circumvent the high cost of a normal PR. Hold his feet to the fire just a little and remind him of his promise to you over creating shareholder value. Explain how the stock is stuck in this trading range without hope of moving higher unless he speaks. Maybe he needs just someone to remind him of the promise he made to you.
