I agree that on the surface it may seem odd, yet these shares are being held at this price; the bid has been closed on several occasions and that has brought me to surmise that they don't want us holding shares right now. In my opinion, and I am not alone in this, they didn't expect us to connect the dots, and rightfully so, as you have stated yourself, this is a very complex r/m scenario, and it is being calculated to the minute.
Although we can all only speculate, I feel confident in my speculation.
