This may come as a surprise to you, but it appears the processor never worked well enough even at 2,000 lbs/hr - based on the lack of earnings and the lack of reported fuel sales to date.

I'll agree that the increase to 4,000 lbs/per hour has only doubled his problems, and that he's been stuck at the same drawing board for a very long time.

This may come as a surprise to you, but the petcoke removal system may have worked well enough at a 2000 lb/hr feed rate but is not effective enough at 4000 lb/hr.

When you double flow rates through a system, things change.
