Poker so reality on the buyout would be? Stock price shares would be most likely? If buyout happens..and shares double triple? Then how long is it before if we choose at those prices legal wise can we sell? Never been through this before? What a mess this all is? In one hand a good things..would build up both companies mrkt valuation and confidence throughout. Pincus should sell..at this point and restart another smaller company he might mange better!!!! He for sure needs to restructure it and cut costs etc. Pull out big news soon..to stop the law suits!! GLTA!!
