I reread your PM's and to this point and time no official word about QMC's involvement with Future Chemistry Access2Flow besides (from the 10K) the initial pilot scale up will take place at the Access2Flow facilities in the Netherlands and once optimized equipment will be relocated as required to the nanobiotechnology or solar cell production facility.

The QD Particles site offers QDOTS for sale and free samples for research purposes. The "proven" in http://www.qdparticles.com/solutions does take up the collaboration with QMC.

You are correct that no disclosure or 8K has been made. We will wait to see how this materializes for QMC and Future Chemistry and if revenue's for QMC will be achieved thru this collaboration.

We're all waiting for more information..
