It was always known that entest operates in the red. The value anticipated is with the intellectual value of Imen-vax currently in the safety study stage. If the company can report positive results then the therapy will be eligible for commercilization. This stage will likely be funded by Southridge Partners, Although at this stage the company may be in a very strong negotiating position to get nondilutive capital. It was stated that the company does not expect to put all shares to southridge.
