Perhaps researching that will help in grasping the ideas expressed regarding the employment CGFIA & the POW mill will bring to the area.
100 jobs is a conservative estimate.[

Perhaps researching the petition that is quoted one would clearly see the statement pertained to the direct employment of the pow mill. Any other mention of jobs was separate later in the letter about the future of Colorado. Creating an opinion to the letter does not change the quote.
The rest of the letter (IMO) was speculative feel good puffy filler.
