I personally don't see why they have to give all the nity grity details of every transaction they do. I don't recollect any corporation giveing all the details of their buys and sells. It's covered in their financial reports. And in the the mean time it's up to individual investors to ponder the question of good news, bad news, or indiferent news. Then it's up to them, and them alone, to decide what to do. In the mean time we either lead, follow, or get out of the way.
