For the life of me I cannot think of one Western(Capalist)entity that would want to buy, take over, any PRC rgistered company whose profit margins are controlled and restricted by the PRC,in this case 8%!! When it is convenient and to thier advntage,they talk a good talk, otherwise they are just another totalarian society, ruling over the many for the benefit of a few......
