How is IWDM Planning to grow? Why have they not laid this out for their shareholders?

How does an individual investor find out their growth strategies? Is that a part of the Level 2 quotes posted here?

If it is a certainty that IWDM is "looking to grow and make $$$$$$$", then it would make sense that a plan is in place and that will be shared with the world, right?
