The PPS action here is disappointing as Diva said. It isn't bad for traders but it is bad for investors who were expecting a shorter term return.

For a trader the PPS being where it is is great. Each tick is a higher percentage to be exploited as needed.

Nothing at all has changed for this company so the only reason for the dip is the market moving on. I would guess as we defend our volume should pick up as more traders jump on a tradable stock. A jump in the number of trades should happen before the volume, which has already happened.IMO

For a long that is fine. I will be glad to pick up anything I can.
I will attempt to buy low and sell high and bank the profit. (regardless of if the profit is taken in shares or cash.) Anything under .50 is cheap.
It is just a question of how long you are willing to wait, and how fast you think Kim can do it.
