Steve Truckenmiller is not part of TIVUS until the 8-K is filed, until then it is just another lie to add to the list. Once I see an 8-K then I will make the demand, until then, I am demanding that DMO and BLAH be named co-CEO's. SP should be re-designated Chief Technical Officer and compensated strictly on results from here on out.
