As a long time shareholder, I'm pretty excited. With the scrutiny Swank has taken with regards to all the "unfinished deals" and the time it took to announce this PSA signing, I don't think the PR wouldn't have come out if CGAQ was not 100% certain this is a done deal.

I MIGHT, and that's a big MIGHT, buy a little more. I'm just not sure why buyers aren't just jumping all over this at these levels though, with this kind of announcement. Interesting . . .
