I beg your pardon, but the A/S was increased well before 31 Mar to 3 Billion. According to this we had 1.7+ billion O/S but only 1 Billion were Authorized. It is completely wrong, it is cut and pasted AGAIN from a previous quarter, and it was overlooked. SP is derelict once again.
