Hopefully TIVUS also defaults on that personal loan from Shiva Prakash in the amount of $115K. after all it is really just just money he TOOK from the shareholders in the form of Advanced Salary. A salary that is way too high for a CEO running a company with no value. tell you what, since SP thinks the PAR value on this POS is .01, why don't we just issue him 15 Million shares and call it even. Let him hold the bag for a while.
