There should be sufficient volume to create liquidity for sellers without significant chart and PPS damage. That is not the case at present. The $ amount is just a way of indicating the lack of liquidity.
Based on last 2 weeks for example. If you needed to sell 50,000 shares you would be looking at .003 or below for the trade to get executed. $150. Then if you wanted to buy back in you would have to pay .007 or better. $350. Lack of volume (liquidity) would cost you $200. Not a good situation.
