Robert Ringold

In response to your, I had contacted Mr. Ringold whose family had been in the jewelry business since 1908 (http://www.ringoldsjewelers.com/index.html). He had explained that he had offered the investment opportunity in error believing that he was not selling securities. He had immediately complied with all directives of the SEC. No investor funds were lost and no enforcement action was taken. Also please note that the event occurred 12 years ago and in no way reflects on Mr. Ringold. We believe that Mr. Ringold will make a valuable contribution to the future of the company. Furthermore, Ms. Florence Zabokritsky Esq., will be responsible for all legal compliance issues as corporate counsel and not Mr. Ringold.
