It is an interesting theory, you stated that it is a reliable source? But here is where I begin to doubt it. While Shiva has shut up about the contract, and if you go back through all PR's the word contract does not exist since Aug of last year. The word "CONTRACT" does not appear in financials. Philly is only listed as a customer. He has in fact talked about it by stating that revenues (meager) had begun from it on Jan 18, 2012. I just find it very hard to believe that HOST would prevent SP from talking or releasing details for a contract that has been fully complete on his part (ok not complete in that there is supposedly approx 15 rooms out of 1406, that are not operating at full capacity, but Philly is holding up the progress there.) there was a lot of chatter back in March that we entered a 60-90 window that would reportedly release contract details. I presume that information came from some place reliable? There is just so much that doesn't add up, I really don't know what to believe anymore. furthermore, and the biggest reason I doubt this idea is because HOST's Gag Order would in theory prevent him from releasing accurate financials, in effect preventing him from filing accurate INCOME TAX paperwork, and openly and honestly communicating with his shareholders, all of which he is required by SEC regulations, and federal law to do. I just don't see a legit company even hinting at doing something like that? Furthermore, there is so much else that he has failed to deliver on that is outside the contract, like "DREAM TEAM" and "Puerto Rico". My opinion, this is just another baseless speculative theory someone has come up with. If I am wrong, someone please step up and say how so?
