Well, the dilution explains a lot of why the PPS hardly moves on the recent trading. Also explains some of these "large trades between the bid and ask that were masked".

The good thing though is that it's now diluted, and I assume it's complete since the info has become public knowledge now.

Now the PPS should be able to start moving upward on good PR's.
