Reters, I think many people think the ruling is very soon because the opinion of Poster DrRugby thought her ruling may have been out around the July 4th Holiday and if not then it would more than likely be the end of July which would be a total of forty five days which was DrRugby's time frame for the ruling...in other words forty five days or less.
