To suggest that the company will never apply in the future is false.

Who suggested that? If they apply...and are admitted to the AIM...then they will be successful. But when you inquire you have shown your intent. That was an attempt in my book. The intent was to add a listing on the AIM. It didn't happen. The reason they didn't apply was because they were advised that the attempt would probably not be successful. Call it what you want. I call it an unsuccessful attempt.

ERHC needs to move something forward in order to be successful. Until they do that the sp will continue to drift up...then down...then up...then down. We have seen this before.

If Kenya is the reason for the added volume and sp increase then IMHO speculators are entering for a run. If ERHC does not have follow thru these same speculators will take their profits and run.

All just my opinion naturally.
