Jw, did you notice the form d?? It specifically says line 13 and line 16...$2 million total 1million executed with $50k for execs (maybe future execs?).

I apologize for a prior post saying 200k and 100k instead o 2 millin and 1 milliOn...I will try to more accurate in future....can't believe that mistake got past me as I have been thinking on those numbers.
