I think J.A. was joking.

the key to get in a penny stock is the timing.

in other words when you see the momo start get in asap.

there are much reasons possible for the momo to come around.

when you're in and you see that selling outweighs the momo get out asap.

in the case of MMTE I'm waiting for the ask to clear out.

this negative circle needs to end first (to me).

some peeps are waiting for a big hit like a great conversion rate into another entity or simply big big news.

the latter is always appealing of course but I do not wish to gamble and hope for that conversion rate scenario. (sit and wait for something to happen is often deadly in this market)

there must have been an audit with the recommendation for a RS.

in short; I need the sky to clear out or clear signs to know where this will be heading.
