Form D? Nobody think/ knows if important?

Is it interesting that the offering is only $200k of which on $100k executed?
And of the $100k it is estimated that $50k in needed to pay officer/s of company?

Does this say they are cfp fro operations, but not enough money to pay the execs?

What gets me....is people say they are retail locations are sold out of product??? And they only borrow enough to pay execs, but not enough to keep product on the shelf?

Anybody....explain???
