Boca Raton is still king of the SHAMS

as the location of choice. A completely different mentality than the Arkansas SHAM companies.

I spent quite a bit of time in Arkansas. Most of the time in Mena and areas around there. An area closely linked to Central America as a distribution center. My jaded take on Arkansas is that of simplistic conmen from the top down. The good folks in Arkansas need to deal with their dirt. Seems that judge Jimm Bob Herndon gets the pleasure in the Western Division.
