A buyout BEFORE trial doesn't seem likely to me but of course, there's always a possibility. Even though I THINK they will win if it goes to trial and have decided to wager a few dollars on that possibility, a company putting out hundreds of millions is a different story. Just imagine paying say, $300m for a company that loses that lawsuit. The sidewalk of their office building would be littered with bodies. To me, it seems, a buyout would seem more likely after a decision is in.

Be prepared to hold for a while and your rewards will more than likely be huge and if one is interested, they should take a look at the messages from VHC during that time just to serve as a possible indicator. Hopefully, referencing VHC doesn't get this post deleted since it is directly related to what's going on here and they are VERY similar as you will see if you read the posts.

VHC Pre-trial beginning post

Decent run-up just prior to trial, then a sell-off right before trial, then another bump after the award, then flat-ish for 3-4 months. THEN HUGE GAINS. It's worth a visit even though the action on VRNG could be entirely different, it's worth knowing, IMO.
