joyce: I have been challeged on that and I cannot support my position that CTs are quasi equtiy and debt. The support is there for CTs being debt. My only support to the quasi claim is my phone call to lehman and they returned mycall and told me CTs are Quasi both....My word on this event cant be proof unless someone else calls and verifies and confirm or deny what they told me. So, I am conceding the point. You cant argue against hard POR proof....go figure...devil
