Oops! I almost forgot, Bancruptcy would allow Genta to leave shareholders
with NOTHING, while the noteholders (Ray among them) could take control
of the whole company and own it 100 percent.

I actually figured that this scenario would happen within 6 months of
Tesataxel getting FDA approval.

Once again, Time will Tell.
Crooks have nothing but time on their hands to get creative when it
comes to taking your money. Honest folks don't stand a chance!
