diarch: There will be no Olympics for NeoMedia. I don't know why folks keep posting that. It is setting up investors for disappointment.

The 8K would have been months ago. NeoMedia does not control when the get to "pop out of cake" with the SEC. They have exactly 4 days from the date the agreement was signed. Clearly, they would not be signing a contract a week before the Olympics.
