Wasn't tryinig to be harsh....just wasn't sure if I misunderstood? I am really have a tough time interpeting filings.

So you point was that it was stated for all the investment world to see in a hard copy SEC filing? Essentiay authenticating what we've been "told".....as we have been told things in the past; that weren't followed throguh with.
