I am guessing the 1st well in Belize is done and could even be producing oil but the GOB does not want TECO to put out a PR. Why, I do not know. Could that 1 mil buy yesterday come from Belize? Looks like someone just bought about 436K shares of TECO. Could it be the same person from yesterday. This is getting very interesting. I can guess with the best.
