Good thing here is there were lawyers and officials there, all in public so no one can ever call this a scam. I think everyone was hoping for a slam dunk but I know as long as someone is objecting, they will not just throw it all out, it leaves room for people to sue. So it will go on as planed and if everything is correct, they can't deny just because they want to. If you meet the minimum guidelines they have to approve or they will get sued.
