I disagree. I think if a jury heard all that had happened here and how brokerage firms ignored their fiduciary duty and how regulators did not follow their own rules and protected the shortsellers rather than the investors they would be very generous with their award. I think most people are fed up with Wall Street shafting the little guy, at least I know how I would feel were I on that jury. Go BCIT!!!
