In another reponse to the rumor you and I have heard I am now hearing it is a dead issue and will not happen. However things are going great with TECO and we have to be patient though I am not really a patient guy. Every now and then I just have to be re-enforced with my belief in TECO and in just a couple of weeks we should be over 6 cents and higher with the good news coming.
