I knew this was going to happen the second the A/S was raised. There is no other reason for this company to do that besides dillute as much as possible.

The worst part, there is nothing to show for it.

The silence and failed promises intially made me believe he was dilutting... which he was.

Now, the only thing I can speculate on is that he's bleeding the stock out as much as possible until he just closes shop. Using raised funds to recoup whatever losses he has.

I'm not saying he was handed a well run company like Google.. Kickstarter Ken ran a poor ship but Dutch is walking down the same road.

Let someone prove me wrong, but I doubt it.
