I guess where I am at is its too late to sell any shares I have here ......SO I would rather him go down spending share proceeds than sitting back doing nothing - not trying at all regardless of the OS count .......the only way we will get a spike and return to our previous trading range of .015 and beyond is the announcement of securing a loan , him subsequently buying back shares and revenues finally trickling in from ???? This will DEFINITELY propel us back i.m.o. There is money in those prepaid cards believe it or not - you can read 100's of stories out there about them and how big $$$$ wise that specific industry is .....

I have always been leaning positive on OTOW and admired Vals fortitude and spotty steady progress but I must admit I am pretty disappointed like the majority here lately in the announcements and the way this is playing out.

Its weird though-despite all this deep down in my gut , I still think Val can pull this off. Im either going to be a total nieve fool or a prophet here LOL.
