Maybe someone will try to discuss this because nothing is ever clear with Viper, every PR leads to more questions...
Two entities currently share ownership of Aequitas, Elena Cahill owns ninety percent (90%) of Aequitas and Viper Networks, Inc. owns ten percent (10%)
Viper Networks, Inc. has also contractually committed to acquire thirty percent (30%) of Aequitas, for $1 million...
So, is this 30% more for a total of a 40% stake or 20% for a total of 30%? Are they buying this from Elena Cahill? Who will then own either 60 or 70 percent of Aequita... Elena L Cahill, Esq. Who is real cute by the way, is CEO at Globelé Energy.
The only states where Globelé Energy can provide cost efficient energy are:
Connecticut
Delaware
Illinois
Maine
Massachusetts
Maryland
New Jersey
New York
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Rhode Island
Texas, and
Washington, D.C.
Im not trying to be smart here, these are legit questions for anyone to take a shot at. I am trying to regain some faith here...
