Then to your point that "their users don't have direct access to the database", then how can people say it was confirmed that the product will be at Target or Target.com?

I know ALL about Target's security. I am here working on the software that runs their material master data, shipping, forecasting and replenishment, etc...so I know there are certain levels of visibility. So if someone from the product release department can't find it in the database, that would infer that someone higher up the food chain knows. If that's the case, don't tell people to call customer service. I was told to call customer service to verify. I did and it couldn't be confirmed.

Again...I WANT it to be at Target. I want it to be EVERYWHERE. But I don't like seeing something written that can't be verified by the very source that we were told to call.
