Here's a synopsis from Santa Rosa Resources in Corpus Christi, who is also working with Progas in selling working interest shares in the NW Premont field.

Our current offering is a multi well project in what could be the largest oil and gas field
ever discovered in Jim Wells County, Texas. Historically, the county has been one of the
top producers in the state. The field contains an estimated 23,000,000 barrels of proven
undeveloped reserves and 80 to 100 billion cubic feet of gas.
There have been several wells drilled and re-entries made on the field by the operator
of the wells, Progas. In each instance both oil and gas in commercial quantities were
discovered. The wells contain an incredible 15 to 20 pay zones per well. The average
reserves per well are 100,000 to 200,000 barrels of oil and 1 to 3 billion cubic feet of
gas.
