It is possible due to the fact no official press release has happened, and Aapt is not allowed to mention the retailers name in press releases due to price manipulation (stock going much higher) target has removed it until either the press release from the company comes out. Or it arrives in the retail stores. Small micro cap companies are not allowed to mention big box retail stores due to the fact that once the name is mention I.e. target, Walmart, etc... Usually these tiny companies stocks double or triple overnight. Just my opinion.
