Looking back at their trademark filing, they filed for this a few years ago, but were granted the "Phone Guard" trademark just recently.

When we look at the logo and all other forms of their name, it appears as if it is all one word, but actually it is two words. 1) different colors for the two words in the logo 2) capital letters used in the first letter of each word not only on their logo, but throughout any text used by the company.
