Is it an "AON"- "All Or Nothing" order?

It may just be a false wall the MM's put up. They really don't want to sell the shares that cheap because they know the price will be higher very soon.
50 million is a nice size block. They may not want to expose themselves to that type of risk if they will need to replace them shortly at a higher price.
Their games baffle me too, Mike.

I see it as a good sign for us. It may be the general view is this stock will run soon. (it should be if they don't have their heads in a paper bag.)
And that "100" message a while ago some say means "I need shares".
