Why would a CEO in charge of a multi-state NYSE: RKT expansion with the first site to be announced soon that can/will house 10 processors be expected to move in the upper Northeast corner of the USA?

That's like the regional manager of Walmart in charge of Southwestern US expansion moving to Alaska. Hello? lol

Let's say Kevin will be expanding JBII in Ohio, Missouri, and Mississipi to start and is about to announce that. If in conjunction with that he also stated that he's moving to Niagara Falls and will be monitoring the expansion from there everybody would say he's brain dead for moving, and rightfully so.

John Bordynuik is in charge of Niagara Falls. There's no reason to stick the NYSE: RKT guy in charge of multi-state NYSE: RKT in the one spot in the country where we know Kevin will NOT be in charge of expanding. That would be beyond stupid.
