it was in answer to a question about the greater than 3 months life expectancy of the volunteers for the human trial. i lump it all in with criteria for the volunteers. age, life expectancy, type of cancer, meds they are on and can they still take them etc.

the way i am looking at it is as if i was a volunteer with 8 months to live. i am getting dosed. off my regular meds. they are telling me they are upping the dose since it is so far non toxic but hey i might die early because my cancer might be getting worse. they don't know since they are not checking for that. now what would any sane person think of that?

from the samples i saw most of these trials require you to be off your regular meds for awhile. if that is the case i would want to know if my p53 and p21 genes are being rejuvenated. but that's just me.

so back to original expectation. later this week is today and tomorrow.
