Someone posted this to you the other day about this..I thought it was interesting as it comes up so many times on all stocks.

Finra Rule 6460.Display of Customer Limit Orders,paragraph B. Basically MM's can hide the true B/A size at the customers request,or trading their own accts.(when trading their own accounts,they become their own customer,imo)
