Ive talked with Dr. Kautzmann via email... he told me that the 10-Q that was supposed to be filed last December was 75% finished but Kozak never filed it... but the Dr. has it in his possession so it's not like they have to go all the way back and literally do 100% of the accounting work for everything in the last two years... a new licensing agreement for the ACS is what ANTS really needs imo ... i think that kind of news will be the MAJOR catalyst when it hits.
