I've got to say that I'm disappointed and worried.

I always knew that this was possible, I was just hoping that it wouldn't be necessary and that John would find funding some other way.

I hope that he gives us some news soon so that we'll know WHAT the spilt is, When the split will happen, and if dilution is coming. i know, I know, dilutiong is Why they do it, but this one looks like it has some dultion built into the spilt. Am I reading that right?
