The Mysteries of RSMI....

FACTS: After RSMI dishonored the notes that produced the capital to complete the surf flick, the creditors sued in the civil courts of California to collect on their loans. The complaints were settled out-of-court.

MYSTERY: Who was that "third party at arm's length" who stepped in, paid off the creditors, settled that civil suit episode which foreclosed full-blown discovery which might have exposed RSMI and Da Boyz and their investment game? Those were some creative financing arrangements which left the shareholders of a public corporation (RSMI) liable for indebtedness incurred by a private company (Top Secret Productions).

Unless somebody saw a white knight riding a white horse who came to rescue Da Boyz, some mystery man must have been generously rewarded for being an accomplice to the deception utilized to stop the court procedures which threatened to unravel the RSMI investment game playbook. All IMHO.
